Mitt RMoney (sic): Self-Contradiction Personified

Paul Krugman found the following jewel from Romney:

“This week, President Obama will release a budget that won’t take any meaningful steps toward solving our entitlement crisis,” Romney said in a statement e-mailed to reporters. “The president has failed to offer a single serious idea to save Social Security and is the only president in modern history to cut Medicare benefits for seniors.”

Yeah, right. Effectively, Romney says “Obama fails to address excessive entitlement spending, and Obama cuts entitlement spending.”

Romney makes my head hurt. And his followers will love this stuff, which makes my head hurt even worse…

      MandT, Romney seems to think he is entitled to the presidency. He may be disabused of that notion.
