49-State Foreclosure Fraud Settlement Looks Bleak

David Dayen of FDL has the details. I’m not quite prepared to say we’ve been sold out to the banksters by our government, but it certainly looks that way at first glance.

A typical, monumental sell-out by Obozo. As for the fabulous new health care program, I am fighting tooth and nail for prescriptions ordered by the doctor and denied by Medicare Part D. The result is vital prescription conflicts that are making me more ill than well.

MandT, you make me realize how fortunate I am to be on maintenance using previous-generation drugs, the kind that cost $4.00/mo. at Target Pharmacy. As of a few weeks ago, I now have med insurance through Stella’s new employer, but these meds are so cheap that they cost less than the minimum co-pay. Good luck fighting the gummint for what they surely owe you.
