Mitt Romney: Bain Of The American Worker

Bain. Sic. Also sick. Here is a painfully direct half-hour film on the worst the Republican Party can offer us… and believe me, that’s evil indeed:

    I saw the entire video:
    Horror!

We are in a similar situation as we rapidly sink deep into the third world, with no health care, no nothing.
And the worst is still to come..

Enfant, I, too, watched the whole thing, and I am more offended than ever at the notion of Mitt Romney as president of the U.S. I think Obama will win re-election, but it is terrifyingly possible that the election will be stolen as it was in 2000 (yes, I am sure it was stolen) and Romney will become president.

After the 2000 American elections, several third-world nations kindly offered us the kind of election monitoring services we once provided other nations. I do understand the sense in which the offer was made, but by now I am ready to encourage the U.S. government to accept the offers!

    Steve,
I sent your video to a friend in Chicago.
    This is what she replied:

“Yes, Romney is a big shark and it’s no secret …
I put it on Facebook, just in case someone was not informed ….”

Enfant, the Republican Party (the “Grand Old Party” as it used to be styled) was one of the two respectable parties of the early 20th century. There were even some progressive Republicans; I believe Bob LaFollette was a well-known progressive. Today, the Republican Party is the party that represents only four types of people: the obscenely wealthy, the fundamentalist religious, the unrepentant racists, and the so-called “Tea Party”. That’s it.

The “Tea Party” is just barely loyal (if at all) to the GOP, and is responsible for a lot of the economic craziness of the party as a whole.

Like your Chicago friend, I already knew, in outline, most of what the movie showed, but it did put a human face on the tragedy Romney wreaked on those small towns and their companies. People like Romney deserve any bad thing that happens to them. I hope he ends up penniless and in overwhelming debt… and I don’t wish that fate on very many people.

Romney probably doesn’t realize that his new beach home opens up to a public beach.

Ah,yes, just what we need… more war! unending war! all-consuming war! [/snark] Romney is an idiot. But at least his message is clear: if you think America needs more war in its national life, vote for Romney; he’s crazier than George W. Bush.
