Is NDAA Another PATRIOT Act, A Broad Assault On The Constitution?

Shahid Buttar of FDL examines the evidence and the possible uses of this act, specifically its provisions allowing indefinite detention without due process, by a less-than-honorable government (Obama’s, for example, or I might add, any of his potential Republican successors) in a situation of effective social collapse (climate change, collapse of the economy, food shortages, etc.). Buttar’s post is part one of a three-part series.
