Aww she is a sweetie. I wouldn’t want to get up and find another comfy spot if I were Lily!

jams, Lily has grown up into a beautiful cat. Quirky, feisty, overweight despite Stella’s best efforts, but certainly beautiful. 🙂

Only a cat can show comfortable disdain in such style.

ellroon, I particularly like the way her tail is curled in this picture. It’s as if she decided, “I mustn’t be seen with my tail hanging over!”

Actually, she’s not terribly annoyed, as you can tell from her pupils. When a cat is thinking of doing something serious, their pupils dilate to gather the maximum amount of information, even in daylight. Sorry, she’s ignoring you, Steve.

She does have beautiful markings, but the weight problem will require action by Esther to stop ‘sharing’.

Bryan, Stella is beginning the third kind of diet cat food this week. She feeds the girls once a day, a very modest quantity. Esther is responding; she looks almost (but not quite) trim… but I think Lily is visiting Esther’s bowl when Esther is away from it. You can see the result.

(OT, it appears WordPress has finally fixed that exTREMEly annoying “feature” in the commenting mechanism in which a necessary simple rectangle refresh was replaced by a full-page rewrite. Hallelujah!)

Lily is such a pretty cat. Those markings are amazing…she looks like a wild cat.

Lily thanks you, OWL. Actually, at times, she thinks she is a wild cat. 🙂
